2. Services Provided
Battalu provides on-demand laundry, dry-cleaning, and related garment care services. We offer pickup, processing, and delivery of your items across our serviceable areas in Vizag.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that items submitted for cleaning are suitable for the requested process.
- Please check all pockets before handing over your garments. Battalu is not responsible for items left in pockets (e.g., cash, jewelry, pens, electronics) or any resulting damage to garments.
- You must provide an accurate and accessible address for pickup and delivery.
4. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is dynamic and clearly displayed within the app before you confirm your order. Payment is expected upon or prior to delivery, depending on the options selected in the app.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
While we exercise the utmost care in processing your garments, we are not liable for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that may result in tears or small holes during the cleaning process. In the rare event of damage or loss caused directly by our negligence, our liability is strictly limited to an amount up to 10 times the cleaning cost of the specific item.
6. Modifications
Battalu reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our app or website.
